Employment: Team Members & Small Crews
We are always looking for energetic, self-motivated individual team members and small landscaping crews of 2–3 people who possess a sound work ethic, individual accountability, a positive attitude, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping installation. Must have SSN# or ITIN# to be considered for employment (1099 position). Some English required; bilingual preferred.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Landscape installation—trees, shrubs, edging, hardscapes
- Tree and shrub pruning
- Drainage system installation
- Sod Installation
- Work hours are 8am-6pm
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions and overtime when needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in landscape installation
- Dependable transportation to and from jobsites in Prosper, Frisco, Celina, and Little Elm
- General knowledge of plant, rock, and landscaping materials
- Some English required, bilingual preferred
- Self-starter who works with little supervision
